Vector Security in Warrendale, PA is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead the commercial sales team, recruit and train top talent, and partner with Operations to deliver a superior customer experience.

The role oversees supervision of sales reps, drives activity to meet budgets and KPIs, and reports forecasts to leadership. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with strong sales leadership preferred.

SUMMARY

As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will drive the commercial sales team in assigned market to exceed budgeted targets. Recruit, hire, train top-tier sales talent and provide on-going training and support. Assist General Manager is partnering with Operations on supporting a complete customer experience. Responsible for the administrative and supervisory oversite of the commercial sales team involving direct supervision of sales reps, projecting goals and achieving sales objectives in a defined area or region.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, Hire, Onboard, Train and develop sales talent.
• Drive daily activity of Commercial Sales Representatives via sales meeting, on-going training, ride-along field time, role playing, and operation support.
• This will assist sales reps in influencing customers and assisting them in buying Vector’s products and services.
• Assign leads via DICE or assign CRM to sales representatives.
• Ensures follow-up and updates are maintained in system.
• Ensure financial targets are met based on assigned budget and KPIs.

• Reports results and forecasts to branch and home office management.
• Identifies ways to market products to new consumers, including identifying new target market segments/opportunities.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
• Preveious Management Experience - Highly Preferred:
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead team members to reach their goals.
• Successful Experience in Sales - Required:
  • Strong sales skills to be able to train and develop successful sales reps.
• Valid Driver's License:
  • Must be able to drive to customer locations.
