LS Electric America Inc., a rapidly growing leader in the power distribution industry, is seeking motivated and dynamic Sales/Business Development Managers specialized in Datacenter industry to join our expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth and build strong customer relationships within key U.S. regions, focusing on Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, and related power distribution solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted strategies to accelerate business growth in new and existing markets for Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, and related products.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to identify, attract, and onboard exceptional sales talent.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to sales team members, fostering individual and collective success through tailored coaching and professional development.

Territories and Open Positions:

• East Coast: Ashburn, VA or Remote (1 Position)
• Midwest: Lincolnshire, IL or Remote (1 Position)
• Southwest: Bastrop, TX or Remote (1 Position)
• West Coast: Remote (1 Position)
• East & Midwest: Remote (1 Position)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of proven sales or business development experience, ideally within technology, industrial sectors, or power distribution equipment
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational capabilities with demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships

Preferred Experience:

• Sales expertise within Datacenter, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), or Oil & Gas markets
• Proven track record in external sales with major distributors
