The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for consistently exceeding agreed-upon new business production, direct written premium, loss ratio goals, and other KPIs on an annual basis by effectively managing agents in an assigned market to increase market share through profitable growth.
This is an individual contributor role.
Base Pay Range: $83,000 - $124,600 USD, depending on experience.
