A mission-driven healthtech company is looking for a Clinical Growth Manager to lead and expand its clinician referral network. This individual will play a key role in bridging the gap between healthcare providers and high-quality nutrition care—helping more patients access the support they need to live healthier lives.

About the Role:

The Clinical Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers across specialties. This is a high-impact, field-facing role where relationship-building, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of provider needs come together to drive real patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage referral partnerships with clinicians and healthcare organizations
• Represent the company in the field by leading in-person meetings, presentations, and local events
• Educate providers on services and referral processes, ensuring alignment with patient care goals
• Develop market-specific go-to-market strategies and support outreach execution
• Act as the internal voice of the provider, delivering insights to growth, product, and operations teams
• Help shape scalable clinical outreach strategies, tools, and materials

• 2+ years of experience in clinical outreach, partnerships, account management, or healthcare sales
• Strong communicator with a natural ability to build trust with medical professionals
