Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, driven Media Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a commission-based role , contingent on active engagement with our team. The role offers flexible hours and high earning potential for someone who can develop and execute a strong sales strategy while building and maintaining client relationships. You will play a key role in our growth by securing sponsorships, crafting innovative marketing strategies, and aligning our revenue efforts with our company’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy focused on sponsorships, advertising, and brand partnerships.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with clients who align with our mission.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership and content teams to create compelling pitches and marketing materials.
  • Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial and sustainable agreements.
  • Track performance, report regularly to leadership, and refine strategies based on data and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in media, advertising, or related fields, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong marketing skills with the ability to craft and execute revenue-generating strategies.
  • Flexible availability to respond to client needs and time-sensitive opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A robust network in the advertising and media industry.
  • Passion for storytelling and mission-driven work.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a startup setting.

Compensation:

  • 25% commission on closed sales when actively working with our team.
  • This is not a W-2 position ; it is a 1099 independent contractor role
  • Flexible, remote role with high earning potential tied directly to performance.
