Job summary

Quirk Auto is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. The role focuses on displaying and merchandising vehicles, coordinating inventory, and driving profitable outcomes through strong customer engagement.

You will review forecasts with the general manager, handle customer inquiries, audit trade-ins, and demonstrate vehicles to showcase features and warranties, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Quirk Auto is excited to announce that we currently have an opening as a Sales Manager. The Automobile Sales manager sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; qualifies buyers, and closes the sale.

We are seeking inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed.

Job Description

• Oversees standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used vehicles
• Coordinates the appropriate supply of new and used vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory accordingly
• Meets monthly with the dealerships general manager to review forecasts and profits for each department
• Attends to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
• Audits all appraisals of trade-in vehicles
• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services
• Issues all demonstration vehicles and ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained

Job Requirements

• Vast experience in Sales required (2 years)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers
• Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results
