• Move throughout property to conduct site inspections and showcase hotels to clients.
• Handle account details and coordinate with departments to service accounts.
• Develop and deliver persuasive live sales presentations to prospects.
• Travel locally to pursue outside sales and promote hotel business.
• Review competition and rate trends to position offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, rates, demand, and market values.

Job description

Essential Job Functions

• Moving throughout property to conduct site inspections. Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, both orally and in written forms to previous, current, and potential clients.
• Handle account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and close are complete and documented. Coordinate with various departments' participation in servicing accounts.
• Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Travel locally to conduct outside sales and promote hotels business.
• Preform reviews of competition and rates.
• Keeping working knowledge of industry trends, including rates, demands, and market values.
