Job summary

Ashley Furniture in Somerville, MA is seeking a Sleep Coach to help customers find better sleep solutions through our products and guidance. You will participate in training, educate customers on mattresses, pillows, and sleep products, and deliver exceptional service in a welcoming showroom.

We offer base hourly pay with commissions and bonuses, paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and employee discounts.
