Your Role

As a Sales Manager, you will focus on developing people, driving production, and expanding your business. You'll have the opportunity to recruit and mentor agents, provide guidance and coaching, and help create a culture focused on consistency, professionalism, and results.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Build Your Team

• Identify and connect with individuals interested in a career in life insurance
• Recruit motivated sales professionals and help them get started
• Develop relationships with agents and support their long-term growth
• Provide ongoing guidance, encouragement, and sales coaching
• Help agents strengthen their product knowledge and client conversations
• Share proven strategies, resources, and best practices

Drive Production

• Establish goals and help your team stay focused on consistent activity
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead by example through your own sales and professional activity

• Develop strategies for growing your market and client base

• Willingness to learn and follow established systems and processes
