Job summary

The Weiner Group Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a growing sales force in the life insurance space. You will recruit, mentor, and coach agents, build a high-performing team, and drive production while expanding business opportunities.

You’ll guide agents to strengthen product knowledge, improve client conversations, and implement proven strategies. This is a remote role with strong earning potential based on performance and carrier incentives.

Qualifications

• Leadership, sales, or management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Professional and confident when communicating with clients and agents.
• Willingness to learn and follow established systems and processes.
• Life insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
• A life insurance license is not required to apply.
• Must reside in the U.S.

Your Role

As a Sales Manager, you will focus on developing people, driving production, and expanding your business. You'll have the opportunity to recruit and mentor agents, provide guidance and coaching, and help create a culture focused on consistency, professionalism, and results.
