Base pay range

$84,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr

Capitol Hyundai is seeking a talented sales manager who thinks differently and strives to provide 100% guest satisfaction. We offer top-notch training to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation
  2. Lead profitability of your teams
  3. Lead all showroom activities and maintain an experienced level of product knowledge
  4. Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyze these metrics to identify areas for improvement
  5. Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of the New and Used team, Internet Sales, Finance Managers, and Service Drive sales
  6. Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Product Specialists
  7. Mentor sales reps on performance improvement methodologies
  8. Develop, implement, and monitor a CRM system for proper follow-up of prospective buyers
  9. Achieve forecasted dealership and OEM sales, gross, and expense goals monthly and yearly
Minimum Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of Sales Manager experience overseeing the entire variable operation of a successful dealership
  2. Proven track record of building and training sales teams, high CSI scores, and above-average departmental profits
  3. Strong background in showroom and internet traffic generation, SEO, SEM, direct mail, and traditional media
  4. Extensive experience leading a BDC department
  5. Some experience in used vehicle purchasing, merchandising, and marketing
  6. Supervisory experience with desk managers and improving F&I income through mentorship and training
