A luxury spa is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Manager to lead its sales initiatives. This position focuses on promoting and selling exclusive spa treatments, skincare services, and membership packages. Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell luxury spa treatments and skincare memberships to new and returning guests

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and targets

• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and professional recommendations

• Lead the sales team with motivation and clear performance objectives

• Track daily sales performance and identify areas for improvement

• Work closely with spa management to develop and implement promotional strategies

• Stay updated on current skincare and wellness trends to enhance sales presentations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality preferred)
