Job description

Position Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for aggressive market penetration within their territory including opening accounts, driving revenue, and building a dominant presence across dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical aesthetic practices. This is a pure hunting role. The expectation is relentless new account acquisition, and the compensation structure rewards exactly that.

This role is built for elite closers: proven top performers with established relationships in the space who are energized by a ground-floor launch opportunity. Beyond field execution, you will have direct influence on how sales messaging and tools evolve based on real-world practice feedback. As the organization grows, this role offers meaningful visibility, close partnership with sales leadership, and unlimited upside for the reps who win.

Priority Markets
  • California: Los Angeles
  • Texas: Dallas/Houston/Austin
  • Utah: Salt Lake City
  • Illinois: Chicago
  • Massachusetts: Boston
  • California: Bay Area
  • Washington: Seattle
  • Arizona: Scottsdale
  • Colorado: Denver
  • Georgia: Atlanta
  • Alabama: Montgomery
Key Responsibilities
Account Acquisition & Market Penetration
  • Own your territory to identify every viable practice, prioritize relentlessly, and move fast
  • Drive market penetration across dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical aesthetic and wellness practices with urgency and discipline
  • Prospect, engage, and close new accounts using your existing relationships and an outreach cadence that never stops
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through in-practice meetings, follow-up, onboarding support, and account growth
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently convert: this role is measured on accounts opened and revenue generated
Field Execution & Brand Representation
  • Serve as a visible, credible representative of Re-Q Health in the field
  • Sell the science: teach the mechanism of action confidently to physicians, PAs/NPs, aestheticians, and practice owners
  • Execute clinical sales conversations within approved guidelines; escalate questions as needed
  • Adapt messaging and approach based on practice type, provider needs, and field learnings
  • Represent Re-Q Health at industry conferences, KOL events, and field initiatives
  • Deliver structured feedback on messaging, objections, and market dynamics to refine field execution over time
Practice Education & Pull Through
  • Drive reorder behavior – opening an account is the start, not the finish
  • Train practice staff, run in-office events, and own sell-through metrics
  • Educate physicians and staff on product value, clinical positioning, and patient-facing use
  • Help practices integrate the product into existing workflows and patient conversations
  • Build trusted relationships with physicians, mid-levels, aestheticians, injectors, and staff through consistent, high-quality engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales leadership on territory strategy, prioritization, and execution planning
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Sales Operations partners to support practice needs
  • Provide field insights to inform onboarding materials, training content, and future sales enablement efforts
  • Contribute to the evolution of sales processes and best practices as the commercial organization scales
Qualifications
Required
  • 10+ years of field sales experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, physician-dispensed skincare, cosmeceuticals, and/or adjacent medical device categories
  • Proven, verifiable top-performer track record: award histories, quota attainment at 90%+ of annual target, rankings, etc.
  • Deep, current, personally owned relationships with target practices in the assigned geography — you can name 25+ accounts you can call this week
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and grow territory revenue, not solely manage existing business
  • Comfort selling on mechanism of action and clinical evidence with board-certified physicians and clinical staff
  • Prior experience in a startup, emerging brand, or early-growth environment, or a role requiring significant autonomy
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the discipline and rigor to execute independently
Preferred
  • Brand or product launch experience at a startup or early-stage company
  • Established conference presence and KOL relationships in derm and aesthetics
  • Experience supporting in-office education, staff trainings, and events
  • Familiarity with CRM and commercial tools such as HubSpot, Shopify, or Exfluential
  • Network beyond physicians, including injectors, aestheticians, and other practice stakeholders
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $125,000 + Incentive Compensation: Uncapped variable tied to new account openings, territory revenue, and reorder rate — top performers have unlimited earning potential
  • Equity: Competitive early-stage equity package
Benefits
  • 16 Company holidays and unlimited vacation policy
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with fully employer-paid options for employees
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Flexible spending accounts and health savings account
  • Adoption assistance
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage
  • Basic life and AD&D insurance, plus voluntary life insurance
