Job Type: Full Time

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Weed Man Lawn Care / Mosquito Hero has over 50 years in business and continues to be the fastest growing company in the world! There are more than 250 locations across North America. The Sales Manager is responsible for ‘Making a Positive Impact’ by creating a work environment that is conducive to personal and professional growth of the team and for client satisfaction. The Sales Manager ensures that all sales goals are met, that sales personnel are hitting their daily and weekly targets, and that the sales team is coached and developed to maximize their talents in support of company growth across Weed Man's Lawn Care Services and Mosquito Hero.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help develop and execute an agreed sales plan to achieve company goals and objectives
• Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met, leading team to success
• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Schedule, supervise, and train sales team
• Measure and monitor customer service standards in the sales department
• Assist with Marketing campaigns
• Schedule, screen and conduct job interviews
• Track daily performance and prepare weekly reports for review
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the company
• Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience required in management position, preferably in a call centre environment
• Previous sales experience, proven sales track record, industry or internal company related experience
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
