Job summary

LaunchPoint in Miami, FL is seeking a proven Sales Manager to own a team's performance and scale results. You will direct daily operations, mentor developing talent, and drive market expansion.

You will source, hire, and develop a high-output sales team, establish goals, coach through daily stand-ups, and craft strategies aligned with client objectives while building strong partner relationships. Travel to events is expected.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales, management, or team leadership.
• Ability to inspire, coach, and develop others.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
