Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the beverage distribution industry and a passion for brand growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, expanding market share, and supporting strategic sales initiatives across key territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional or account-specific sales strategies in collaboration with leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with key retail, on-premise, and distribution partners to drive sales volume and brand visibility.
  • Identify new business opportunities and channels for growth in emerging or underdeveloped markets.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust tactics based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to execute promotions, tastings, and virtual campaigns.
  • Provide timely reporting and feedback on market activity, competitor movement, and customer needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining expert-level knowledge of portfolio offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience in the beverage industry (beer, wine, spirits strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of distributor and retail dynamics, including pricing, merchandising, and promotions.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be 21+ years of age.
