Job summary

Pride Motor Group of Lynn is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and coach the sales team toward meeting and exceeding goals. This role requires directing staffing, training, and daily operations to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will manage inventory, promotions, and campaigns, analyze market data, and collaborate with other departments to drive business results. A strong sales background and ethical leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-4 years of Automotive Sales Manager experience.
• Strong management background in a dealership setting is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a clean & valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, counsels, coaches, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
• Directs sales staffing and training to enhance sales programs.
• Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
• Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
• Orders/acquires new- and used-vehicle inventory.
• Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.
• Displays, merchandises and promotes new- and used-vehicles.
• Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
• Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments.
• Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Attends managers meetings as requested.
• Maintainthe highest CSI/customer satisfaction
• Desk deals utilizing CRM
• Maintain the highest level of moral, ethical, and legal integrity at all times
