The Sales Manager– North America will support Kilograph’s business development strategy across the U.S. and Canada while aligning with global company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate development, architecture, engineering, and infrastructure, along with strong industry connections that can be leveraged to generate new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who excels in sales strategy, lead generation, and client partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Drive revenue growth by executing Kilograph’s sales strategy, with a goal of achieving a 20% annual revenue increase.
  • Identify and generate 10-15 qualified leads per month, targeting high-value clients in real estate, AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), infrastructure, and government sectors.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities to expand Kilograph’s market presence and client base.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure sales efforts align with Kilograph’s global business objectives and growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of real estate developers, architects, urban planners, engineering firms, government agencies, and fundraising organizations to generate opportunities and drive company growth.
  • Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calls, networking, and industry event participation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns.
  • Convert leads into clients, targeting a 25% conversion rate from qualified leads to new business.
  • Identify and pursue RFP and government contract opportunities that align with Kilograph’s expertise and certifications.

Relationship Management

  • Connect key decision-makers with Kilograph’s leadership to foster long-term relationships for the company.
  • Guide clients through the sales cycle, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with their project goals.

Sales Process Development & CRM Management

  • Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide detailed, regular sales reports to leadership.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to support sales efforts.
  • Work closely with internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong existing network of contacts within related industries
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing high-value contracts
  • Experience with RFPs, government contracts, and fundraising-related storytelling is a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing, branding, and visualization services within the architectural design, AEC, and real estate development industries
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
