Weed Man Lawn Care / Mosquito Hero in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team, develop and execute plans, and drive client satisfaction.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, contribute to marketing efforts, interview candidates, and report results to leadership while aiming to exceed quotas. The role offers a salaried position with commissions and benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in a management role, preferably in a call center.
• Previous sales experience, proven sales track record.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute an agreed sales plan to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met, leading team to success.
• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed.
• Schedule, supervise, and train sales team.
• Measure and monitor customer service standards in the sales department.
• Assist with Marketing campaigns.
• Schedule, screen and conduct job interviews.
• Track daily performance and prepare weekly reports for review. Perform other related duties as required.
• Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Sales Manager ensures that all sales goals are met, that sales personnel are hitting their daily and weekly targets, and that the sales team is coached and developed to maximize their talents in support of company growth across Weed Man's Lawn Care Services and Mosquito Hero.
