Job summary

Re-Bath, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a 15-person Design Consultant team across Charlotte, Greenville, and Asheville. This hands-on leadership role moves a top individual contributor into people management, building accountability, consistency, and a winning culture across three markets.

Responsibilities include coaching through ride-alongs and 1:1s, setting sales standards, developing processes, and traveling regularly.

Qualifications

• 3 years sales leadership experience.
• Proven top-performer in Design Consultant or similar sales role.
• Strong communicator with direct yet supportive style.
• Comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback.
• Willingness to travel regularly between markets Charlotte, Greenville and Asheville.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
• Must pass a 50-state background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Design Consultants through ride-alongs, 1:1s, and weekly performance check-ins.
• Set clear expectations and hold the team to sales standards and activity metrics.
• Build consistent processes and visibility across three markets without micromanaging remote teams.
• Diagnose performance gaps and create improvement plans.
• Lead difficult conversations professionally, including with former peers now reporting to you.
• Partner with People Ops on performance management and team structure decisions.
• Run team meetings and represent the Carolina markets to senior leadership.

What You\'ll Do

• Coach and develop Design Consultants through ride-alongs, 1:1s, and weekly performance check-ins
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to sales standards and activity metrics
• Build consistent processes and visibility across Charlotte, Greenville, and Asheville without micromanaging remote markets
• Diagnose performance gaps — distinguishing skill issues from will issues and build improvement plans
• Lead difficult conversations directly and professionally, including with former peers now reporting to you
• Partner with People Ops and leadership on performance management and team structure decisions
• Run team meetings and represent the Carolina markets\' voice to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 3 years sales leadership experience
• Proven top-performer track record in a Design Consultant or comparable sales role
• Strong communicator who can be direct and supportive at the same time
• Comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback
• Self-aware about personal strengths and growth areas as a first-time or early-career manager
• Willingness to travel regularly between Charlotte, Greenville, and Asheville
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or informal team-lead experience a plus
• Must successfully pass a 50-state background check and drug screening
