Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and communicative Sales Representatives to help us grow our international client base. This is a remote, commission-only role with no fixed schedule—work from anywhere, anytime. Your mission is to connect with businesses and organizations that could benefit from outsourcing their translation needs to us.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries.
2. Present MIKA Translations’ services in a clear, professional, and tailored manner.
3. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
4. Coordinate with our project management team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
5. Monitor client activity and help grow account value over time.

Compensation Structure:

1. Earn 10-15% of monthly profits from every client you bring in — for each translator and each language involved.
2. Your commission may increase over time based on volume, consistency, and project success.
