Erickson Senior Living is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales team at Woodleigh Chase in Fairfax, Virginia. In this role, you'll manage daily operations and drive performance in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience and 1 year of management experience, with the ability to inspire teams and deliver results. We offer competitive compensation between $85,000 - $95,000 plus commissions.

We are looking for a leader with a proven ability to inspire and engage teams, coupled with a strong results‑driven mindset and commitment to operational excellence. In this key leadership role, you will partner with the Director of Sales to oversee daily operations of the community sales team. You'll work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment while helping drive performance, engagement, and results across the sales office. This role is designed as a development path for future Sales Directors.
Compensation: $85,000 - 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus generous commissions and bonus!
