Job summary

Club Pilates Denville is seeking a driven, performance-oriented Sales Manager to lead our front-end team and grow our member base with confidence and authenticity.

You will lead daily studio sales, convert leads to members, drive brand visibility through community partnerships, coach a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional in-studio experience that keeps members engaged and converts prospects.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a sales leadership role.
• Self-motivated with passion for health, wellness, and community building.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven sales approaches.
• Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Manage a motivated sales teamby coaching, mentoring, and maintaining accountability
• Deliver an exceptional in-studio experiencethat keeps current members engaged and prospective members inspired to join
• Handle all front-of-house operations including customer service, point-of-sale transactions, and CRM updates
