Opal Collection is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Portsmouth, NH. In this role, you will lead sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth and exceed targets while building strong relationships with clients and partners.

You will mentor the sales team, analyze market trends, and present forecasts to senior management to guide strategic decisions and drive revenue across our channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
