Sales Manager – Job Description

Location: Remote (Global applicants welcome)

Reports To: Head of Growth

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead and scale our B2B and B2C sales efforts for MoonshotNX’s global startup accelerator programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and understands the startup and innovation landscape.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting startup founders and strategic partners into clients — ensuring we attract high-potential applicants to our accelerator while also nurturing long-term relationships across the ecosystem.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end sales for MoonshotNX’s 12-month accelerator and advisory services.
  • Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate outbound prospects (startups, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders).
  • Own and hit sales targets for client acquisition and conversion.
  • Develop, test, and refine outreach scripts, proposals, and onboarding funnels.
  • Track all sales activity in CRM and provide weekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with growth goals.
  • Represent MoonshotNX in founder communities, pitch events, and digital channels.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or founder-facing roles (experience in VC, accelerators, SaaS, or innovation consulting preferred)
  • Strong understanding of early-stage startup needs, business models, and fundraising
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools)
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed targets
  • Self-starter attitude with high ownership and adaptability
  • Global remote work environment with flexible hours
