Your future role

  • Promote our full Client Solutions portfolio—spare parts, retrofits, training, and service agreements—to existing customers in the Agriculture and Organics sectors
  • Diagnose equipment and operational challenges and recommend improvements aligned with client goals
  • Own your sales territory: manage pipelines, forecasts, and dashboards to drive visibility and performance
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies and territory action plans to meet and exceed targets
  • Respond to product inquiries and assess lead qualification based on client needs and project potential.
  • Represent Premier Tech at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales best practices and strategic customer relationship management
  • .Travel within North America to meet clients, assess equipment, and support project delivery

Required skills

  • 5+ years of technical sales or field-based commercial experience, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial automation
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose customer challenges and sell complex solutions with long-term value
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—confident with all levels from floor to executive
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop actionable sales plans and adapt quickly to customer needs
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented, client-first approach
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the USA and Canada
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience in the agriculture or organics sector – an asset
