Job summary

Byrider is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales and finance/collections operations at our Madison, WI location. This leadership role requires building and guiding a high-performing team, driving revenue, and delivering a superior customer experience.

The role offers a base salary of $60K–$75K with an uncapped bonus and total compensation $100K–$125K+. Bonus is uncapped, with full benefits and growth opportunities across a national network.

• Subprime lending experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets.

• Manage the full sales cycle and CRM utilization.

• Support and step in for the Branch General Manager as needed.

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead both the sales and finance/collections operations of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue and develop teams all while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Get

• Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
• Total Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000+ annually

Schedule
