U.S. Electrical Services, Inc., located in Southampton, PA, is seeking a motivated Counter/Inside Sales Associate to join Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI.

This full-time role works at our Southampton location, handling sales at the counter, calls, and emails while supporting order fulfillment and warehouse tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service experience, and preferred electrical product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service experience is essential.
• Electrical product knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email.
• Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers.
• Provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk-in customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area.
• Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.
• Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures.
• Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.
