Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Quad Cities area. You will start learning our business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handling behind-the-scenes operations.

You will progress through a structured program to run your own branch, grow new business, and develop your team, with mentoring and a community-focused approach aimed at long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating; degree conferred before start.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more of: sales, customer service, management experience, athlete at any level, or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while learning the business from day one.
• Complete structured MT program to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support; engage with community to build relationships and grow the business.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with a culture of putting customers first.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing the business and your success.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
