Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a Sales Management Training program serving West Chester and Chester County communities. You will begin training immediately at a neighborhood branch, representing the company to customers and partners while learning branch operations.

Through mentoring and hands-on experience, you will develop skills in sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations to prepare for leadership of your own branch. A clear career path values promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality.
• Leadership experience in military, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Living in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Join the Sales Management Training program and start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Learn to run a future branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Receive guidance and mentorship while building community relationships to grow the business.
