Enterprise Mobility is launching a Sales Management Training Program in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia, PA, including Paoli, Wayne, King of Prussia, Phoenixville, Exton, Collegeville and nearby areas. You will train across branches, learn operations, sales and leadership while preparing to run your own team.

The program emphasizes mentoring, internal promotion, and a comprehensive Total Rewards Package with health, life and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in sales, customer service, leadership, or related fields.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a Sales Management Training Program across multiple neighborhood branches.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations to prepare for branch leadership.
• Develop relationships with customers and partners to grow the business.
