Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a Sales Management Training Program supporting the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia, including Paoli, Wayne, King of Prussia, Phoenixville, Exton, Collegeville, and surrounding communities. The role offers a structured pathway from trainee to branch leader with mentorship and promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in sales, customer service, leadership, or related fields.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia within 30 days of the start date.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Aim to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive mentoring and support in a hands-on learning environment and build community relationships.
