Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Sales Management Training Program in the North Penn and Lansdale area. As a Management Trainee, you’ll start in a neighborhood branch, learn sales, customer service, marketing, finance and operations, and aim to run your own later.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in sales & customer service, leadership, or sports leadership & competition.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be living in the North Penn/Lansdale area within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners in the Sales Management Training program.
• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Develop knowledge to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business and lead a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and hands-on learning in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
