Enterprise Mobility is hiring for our Sales Management Training Program in the West Chester area. As a Sales Management Trainee, you will start on day one at a neighborhood branch, learning our business, serving customers, and developing the skills to eventually run your own location.

The program emphasizes mentoring, hands-on training, and a clear path for promotion, with a target annual compensation of $57,530 based on a 46-hour week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in sales, customer service, leadership, sports leadership, or related roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must live in the Chester County area within 30 days of the start date.

Responsibilities

• Learn the sales management program from day one at a neighborhood branch and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations skills to eventually run a branch and grow the business.
