Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Sales Management Training Program in McMinnville, OR. As a MT, you will begin learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and progress toward eventually running your own location.

We offer structured mentoring, opportunities to develop in sales, finance, and operations, and a culture focused on customer success and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support as a MT in the Sales Management Training program and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and assist with daily operations.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations to run a branch in the future.
