Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Bend and Redmond, Oregon, is hiring immediately for our Sales Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You’ll gain mentoring, a clear career path with promotion from within, and hands-on training in sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations to prepare you to lead a future branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• In the structured program, you will master knowledge and skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support and build relationships in the community to grow your own business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
