Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Sales Management Training Program in Bend and Redmond, Oregon. You will start as a MT, learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and gaining the skills to run a branch.

You will receive mentoring and hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and operations, with a culture of promotion from within and a path to leadership across our mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, business development or operations.

Responsibilities

• We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Sales Management Training program; you will learn our business from day one.
• You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support branch operations.
• In the structured program you will master knowledge to run your own branch and develop your team.
• You will receive guidance, mentoring and hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• You will build community relationships to grow your own business.
