Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Hillsboro, Aloha and Beaverton, Oregon. As a MT, you’ll start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and will be groomed to run your own location, develop your team and build client relationships.

You’ll receive hands-on mentorship, training in sales, operations, finance and marketing, and a culture that emphasizes internal promotion and career progression within Enterprise Mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must have valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program.
• As a MT, start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Entrusted to be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, you'll master knowledge and skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
