Enterprise Mobility in Danville, IL is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in operations and sales.

The program emphasizes training, mentoring, and a clear path to advancement within a culture that promotes from within. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (or be near degree completion) and be eligible to work in

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors. (Bachelors degree must be conferred in order to start)
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following: Sales, Customer service in a service industry, Management experience leading a team, Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team, Leadership role in other settings

• You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful.
• You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

• Competitive Compensation - The annual compensation for this position is $49,202.40 based on a 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $19.92/hour, plus overtime.
