Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Champaign, IL. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one and be the face of the branch to customers and partners.

The program offers training, development, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within, with a clear career path and opportunities across sales, operations, and management. Placement at a neighborhood branch and a structured path to run your own location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Six months experience in two or more of: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athlete leadership, or Leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and be the operational expert behind the scenes.
• Run your own branch in the future by cultivating new business and developing your team.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors. (Bachelors degree must be conferred in order to start)
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following:

  • Management experience leading a team
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team
  • Leadership role (professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience)
