Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Rockford, IL area. As a MT, you’ll start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as both the face of Enterprise to customers and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

The program provides training, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within, with a clear path to run a branch, develop your team, and grow your career across sales, service, and operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's (degree conferred to start)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athletic participation, Leadership roles

Responsibilities

• As a MT, you will start learning the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch
• You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
• In the structured program, you will master knowledge to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team
• You will receive guidance, mentoring and build community relationships essential to growing your business

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
