Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Champaign, IL is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and developing your operational skills.

With mentoring and a clear path to run your own Enterprise branch, you’ll gain expertise in sales, service, finance, and operations, with a culture that promotes from within and values growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating (degree must be conferred to start).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in two or more: sales, customer service, management, athlete or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Acquire knowledge to eventually run your own branch, grow new business, and develop your team.

• Competitive Compensation - The annual compensation for this position is $49,202.40 based on a 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $19.92/hour, plus overtime.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors. (Bachelors degree must be conferred in order to start)
• Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Sales (commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential)
  • Customer service in a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)

  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team
  • Leadership role (professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience)
