Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program at our Ankeny, IA office. Join a structured path across sales, business development, customer service, and operations with training, mentoring, and a clear route to promotion.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the business from day one, support customers and partners, and develop the skills to eventually run a branch. The program emphasizes personal growth, teamwork, and a culture of internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduating; degree conferred before start.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athletics/leadership.

Responsibilities

• Competitive Compensation - The annual compensation for this position is $49,202.40 based on a 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $19.92/hour, plus overtime.

You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
