Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Ankeny, IA. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program offers training, mentoring, and a clear internal promotion path, with opportunities across sales, customer service, operations, and management, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or near graduation (degree must be conferred before start).
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more of: sales, customer service, management, athletic participation, or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
