Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Ames, IA is seeking candidates for its Management Training Program. You’ll start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.

You’ll be entrusted to serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and to develop the skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivating new business and leading a team. In our hands-on environment you’ll receive mentoring and support, and you will build relationships in the community to grow the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's (degree must be conferred before starting).
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors. (Degree must be conferred before you can start)

  • Leadership role (professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience)
