Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Florida is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. You'll begin learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches in Sebring or Avon Park.

As a MT, you'll master customer service, sales and operations, with mentoring and a clear path to running your own location and developing a team. The program emphasizes growth from within and promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of cumulative experience in sales or related roles.
• If no sales experience, 1 year in military, collegiate athletics, or leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 at-fault incidents in 3 years).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one in the Management Training program at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support daily operations.
• Develop the skills to eventually run a branch, grow new business, and lead a team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have 1 year of cumulative experience or involvement in sales - defined as, commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential (e.g - serving/restaurant/bar, retail, hospitality industry).
• If no sales experience, will consider 1 year of experience or involvement in any of the following: military, collegiate athlete, or leadership role within an academic organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
