Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate start in its Management Training Program in Perry, GA. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations to learn a complete branch leadership skill set.

You will be mentored and coached, with a structured path toward managing your own Enterprise branch. The program emphasizes customer service, sales, finance, and team-building to promote from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
• Help learn and run the Management Training program and support branch operations
• Develop customers, cultivate relationships, and learn to manage a neighborhood branch

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors


• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in any of the following:




• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry


• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations




• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years




• Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.




• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.


• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.


• Must be at least 18 years old.
