Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Fort Smith, AR. You will learn the business from day one, serving as both the customer-facing representative and the operational expert.

The program guides you toward running your own branch, with mentoring and community engagement along the way. You will develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a culture focused on growth, internal promotion and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 1 semester of graduation.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Training (MT), start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support to be successful, and engage with the community to build relationships for your own business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations, while putting customers first.
