Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Kissimmee, FL and Saint Cloud, with a 4-month rotation at Orlando International Airport (MCO).

You’ll train across sales, customer service, and operations, with mentoring and a clear path to management. First year target compensation around $52,500 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 6 months experience in Sales or Customer Service or Leadership roles.
• Available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Strong interest in working in a sales environment.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• Must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Must have a high level of interest in working in a sales environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI conviction or other drug and/or alcohol-related offense that results in a conviction in past 5 years.
