Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Richmond, TX is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.

You will be mentored to become the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, mastering sales, service, and operations with a clear path to run your own branch and promote from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in Sales, Military service, collegiate student athlete, or student leadership role.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (one must fall off within 12 months).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage day-to-day operations.
• Develop skills to run a branch, grow new business, and lead a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to become a branch manager.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations with a customer-first culture.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

  • Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
  • Military service
  • Collegiate student athlete
  • Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at‑fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at‑fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
